Three regions, beautiful roads and some of Italy's most impressive views — that's what The Umbrian Triangle is all about. Based in Castiglione del Lago, a charming historic town on the shores of Lake Trasimeno, this tour takes you through the beautiful landscapes of Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio.

Our first ride is a real highlight, with rolling Tuscan hills, the volcanic landscape around Lake Bolsena and fantastic views of the hilltop towns that make this part of Italy so special. Along the way, you can enjoy a coffee stop in Piancastagnaio, pass through the lakeside town of Bolsena and admire Civita di Bagnoregio, famously known as the dying town. Lunch comes with a wonderful view of Orvieto, rising high above the surrounding countryside. On the way back, there's time for a final stop in Città della Pieve before returning to Castiglione del Lago. And that's just the beginning! Our other two rides reveal even more of the wonderful landscapes, winding roads and hidden gems of central Italy, making every day on the bike a new adventure.

Castiglione del Lago is more than just a starting point for your rides. Explore its medieval fortress and historic centre, enjoy a walk along Lake Trasimeno or settle down on a terrace for an Italian aperitivo.
